Subscription fees

The subscription year runs from 1 January to 31 December. The annual subscription fees are categorised by taxable income; please see the table below for full details.

Payment of the first year's subscription fee must be made by cheque or credit card, however, it assists the Society greatly if, in subsequent years, you pay by Direct Debit (as an incentive, members who pay their annual subscription by direct debit will receive a £10 discount on the annual subscription fee).

The annual Direct Debit run takes place in January so please ensure that you return the completed Direct Debit form to the Secretariat by 1 December of the previous year, in order to be ready to process subscription fees in January of the following year. You may download a copy of the Direct Debit form below.

Please Note: If you join the Society half way through the year, the Secretariat will award you a 50% deduction for your first year's annual subscription fee only. The full year's subscription fee will be collected for the following year.
