How to register for the meeting

To register for the ASM please use the following link: www.bpsannualmeeting.org/meeting-booking/2015-annual-scientific-meeting/

If you are a BPS member, the system will find your details based on your surname and membership number or surname and email address. This will ensure you get the member rates. If you think the details returned in the form are incorrect or for a different person, please contact the Secretariat before completing the booking on: phone 020 7269 7840 or email: meetings@britishpainsociety.org

Discounted rates are available for members and non-members who book on or before 27th February 2015.

* The rate applies to members and non-members who are undergraduate or postgraduate students and earn less than £10,000 per annum. Once you have registered online a letter confirming your student status signed off by your supervisor or administrative department of the university must be sent to the BPS secretariat on the following address: Churchill House, 35 Red Lion Square, London, WC1R 4SG in order to confirm your booking. Applicants who are unable to provide this information may be refused the student rate.

Members of the British Pain Society: If you are a member of the British Pain Society you will benefit from reduced registration fees. To qualify for the members' rate, you must be a member of the Society at the time of the Meeting, having paid your 2015 membership subscription. If you are only attending the Meeting for one day, there is a day rate for members. Please note that the day rate cannot be used for multiple days.

Non-members: If you are not a member of the Society, but would like to become a member, please contact the British Pain Society Secretariat stating that you are interested in joining. Application forms can also be downloaded from: http://www.britishpainsociety.org/join_how_to.htm. If you are only attending the Meeting for one day, there is a day rate for non-members. Please note that the day rate cannot be used for multiple days.

Honorary Members: Honorary Members of the British Pain Society are not required to pay registration fees to attend the Meeting.
