If you would like to advertise to our members you may do so by
placing an advert or insert
in the Society’s quarterly Newsletter, purchasing a set of
adhesive mailing labels of our members or
listing details of national and internation meetings on our website.

Booking advertisements
To book an advertisement in the Newsletter please contact Craig

Submitting advertisements
The advert must be submitted to newsletter@britishpainsociety.org
4 weeks prior to the publication release date as a 300dpi press-ready,
high resolution PDF (preferred), J-Peg or Tiff file. Adverts MUST
be supplied in the correct format or an artwork charge will be added.
Please note that we DO NOT accept word documents.
In addition please submit a copy of the expected result as a PDF
or a printed out hardcopy.
We also offer a formatting and design service. Contact Craig Stewart

Inserts in the British Pain Society’s
Quarterly Newsletter
Inserts within the Newsletter can offer you the opportunity to target
over 1,700 members specialising in the field of pain.
Prices vary depending on the weight of your insert. A typical cost
for a 1 page A4 (210 x 285) insert is as follows:
Commercial:
One A4 (210 x 285) page = £562
More than one A4 (210x 285) page = £1,124 + increased postage
costs
Charity:
One A4 (210 x 285) page = £310
More than one A4 (210x 285) page = £562 + increased postage
costs

Mailing Labels
Adhesive mailing labels can be purchased, by written request, from
the Secretariat for individuals or companies wishing to contact
our members to advertise a course, meeting or seminar, for research
purposes or for product related mailings.
Please note that only details of members who have opted in to receive
external mailing will be made available.
Our priority is to our members therefore we kindly request that
a sample of the content material is sent to Craig Stewart at the
Secretariat by email to craigstewart@britishpainsociety.org
or by post to Third Floor, Churchill House, 35 Red Lion Square,
London WC1R 4 SG, for approval by the Honorary Secretary. Once approved,
an invoice will then be generated from the Secretariat and labels
will be despatched on receipt of payment.
