PPA Inaugural Conference and Sleep & Pain Pre-Conference Course 219

To celebrate 25 years, building on the success of annual study days and responding to members' appetite for further education and networking events, the PPA are holding their Inaugural Conference on the 26th January 2019.

In addition, they are holding a pre-conference course on Sleep & Pain on the 25th January 2019. This course introduces the theory and evidence base for a cognitive behavioural approach to pain-related sleep problems. This course is suitable for all physiotherapists and other clinicians who aim to enhance their knowledge and develop skills to support patients with pain-related sleep problems.

European Diploma in Pain Medicine
12th-13th April 2019

The European Pain Federation EFIC is holding the third sitting of the Examination for the European Diploma in Pain Medicine. The Examination is open to all qualified doctors who see and treat pain. Appropriate clinical experience in pain assessment and treatment is essential. Residents and fellows working in multidisciplinary pain centres or multidisciplinary pain clinics are ideal candidates, though the Examination is open to all doctors, specialists or general practitioners, with an interest in pain and its management.
