Special Interest Groups

Special Interest Groups

Special Interest Groups (SIGs) provide our members with an expert forum to explore their professional interests in more depth.

Our SIGs arrange regular meetings to exchange views and best practice. In addition, they often publish research and guidance, host events, and provide networking opportunities for members.

The British Pain Society includes 14 SIGs:

-Acute Pain
-Clinical Information
-Information Communication Technology
-Interventional Pain Medicine
-Neuropathic Pain
-Pain Education
-Pain in Children
-Pain in Developing Countries
-Pain in Older People
-Pain Management Programmes
-Philosophy & Ethics
-Primary & Community Care

To join a SIG you must be a current Member of The British Pain Society.

If you are a Member of the Society and would like to sign up to join a SIG you can do this by logging into the Members area.
