CPD
There are a number of courses developed to meet
the needs of healthcare professionals working in pain management.
They range from 2-3 day courses providing basic skills on specific
areas of pain management to more comprehensive programmes offering
education regarding theoretical components of pain, such as anatomy
and physiology and assessment and management of pain. Some of these
courses are available as a multidisciplinary MSc, whilst others
are designed to meet the specific needs of one profession. Information
